The cost of an appointment in our office varies depending whether it is an initial psychiatric evaluation or a follow-up medication management appointment. Initial psychiatric evaluations last between 45 and 60 minutes while follow-up medication management visits last 15 to 20 minutes.
Ferdinand “Freddy” Akoko is a Board-Certified Psychiatry and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Freddy has over 13 years of combined experience treating patients in various settings including, urgent care, inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, home health services, and utilization review for health insurance companies. His love for mental health started at 17 while working for Veterans Affairs. Freddy believes in an integrative treatment plan. As a practitioner, Freddy belief in the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and soul. He believes that the right medications combined with the right tools will lead to better health outcomes. With his case management experience, he will direct you to the right resources that will improve your well-being.
